  • Deep-dive onboarding with training, lifestyle and recovery audit.
  • Phase-based programming with clear focus blocks (strength, muscle, conditioning).
  • Individualised training plan (gym, calisthenics or hybrid setup).
  • Structured nutrition framework with focus on protein and gut-aware choices.
  • Weekly check-ins with form feedback, adjustments and priorities.
  • Strategy support for stress, travel and shift-based schedules.

Investment: CHF 360 per month (minimum 4-month term).
